Meridian is the road for Qi is flowwing . meridian make our organs connect each other, then make organs connect with body’s outside tissue as well, like kidney connect with ear, lung connect with skin, liver connect with eye.

Acu-point exist on the surface of bod , this similar the window of house. Acupoint is tinny hole, first connect with different meridian. Natural qi or information through them came inside body.

Like when we catch cold, it is natural cold information through our acupoint come into meridian, then through meridian come into lungs. Then make body have symptoms. So if you are at the beginning of cold, use acupuncture and cupping, move cold information out from the body. Then cold will very quick stop.
